Student Language Use in Bassila, Benin (June 1, 2018)

In earlier posts, I made reference to my research trip in Benin. Attached in this post was my write-up from after that trip. Specifically, we were examining the multilingualism of students in Bassila. In that area of Benin, it is common to encounter individuals who speak at least two of the following languages: Anii, Nago, Fon, French, English, Arabic, and Spanish.
